Order by 12pm (Noon) Perth Time (Monday to Friday) and we’ll deliver your order by 5pm**. This service is limited to addresses within 20km from Perth CBD. Please check if your address is within the coverage area at checkout. Addresses outside the area Same Day Delivery are not guaranteed.
There is a flat rate of $20 per order
**Note that this is a Courier service. If you are not available to sign and receive your delivery, it will be returned to us. You will need to pay a new delivery fee to get your order sent out again. PO BOXES will be sent via Express Post.

– we use Express Service so that usually means within 2-3 business days. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking!
For those of you outside Australia – that means we send via Express Post! So it’ll be quick because their service is awesome. Keep an eye on your tracking email!
Take the guessing out of your order… As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you can be sure to receive a tracking email. You’ll be able to see exactly how far away your order is!
NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
We require signatures for deliveries because we want to ensure your parcel arrives in great condition and securely.
We suggest you keep an eye on your parcel’s tracking. If you’re not available when the postie (for Australia) attempts to deliver your parcel, they’ll take it to your local post office for you to collect. Australia Post’s online tracking will let you know where your parcel is awaiting collection.
Likewise, all orders sent via DHL will also include tracking and must be signed for. Redeliveries with DHL must be managed with them directly in your country.
Live is not liable for any loss as a result of wrongful delivery where Australia Post or DHL provides a proof of delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer in their purchase. All parcels dispatched by Live are dispatched with a request for signature on delivery.
We like to be sure that your order reaches you safe and sound. If you choose to change the delivery instructions (e.g. to Safe Drop or Parcel Locker Delivery), Live is no longer liable for the safe delivery of your order.
If items are not claimed from the Australia Post/DHL branch and are sent back to us or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address, Live will not pay for a second delivery to the customer. Customers must cover this cost.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. You, as the recipient, will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.
