We’ll dispatch your order within 3 business days* as long as you place it by 2pm (Weekdays and on Australia time folks! For those of you in the US/Europe… don’t worry… we’re ahead of you guys anyway! So, you’ll get it like… quicker than you think!)

*** To reduce our CO2 impact on the environment, Footwear and watches may be shipped without original packaging.
SAME DAY DELIVERY - PERTH

Order by 12pm (Noon) Perth Time (Monday to Friday) and we’ll deliver your order by 5pm**. This service is limited to addresses within 20km from Perth CBD. Please check if your address is within the coverage area at checkout. Addresses outside the area Same Day Delivery are not guaranteed.
There is a flat rate of $30 per order
**Note that this is a Courier service. If you are not available to sign and receive your delivery, it will be returned to us. You will need to pay a new delivery fee to get your order sent out again. PO BOXES will be sent via Express Post.

FAQS
For those of you in Australia – we use a variety of reputable couriers. Due to COVID-19 please expect delays in your delivery. For further information, please use the tracking information emailed to you at the time of your order for status updates.
Take the guessing out of your order… As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you can be sure to receive a tracking email. You’ll be able to see exactly how far away your order is!
NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
We require signatures for deliveries because we want to ensure your parcel arrives in great condition and securely.
We suggest you keep an eye on your parcel’s tracking. If you’re not available when the postie (for Australia) attempts to deliver your parcel, they’ll take it to your local collection point.
Likewise, all orders sent internationally via Australia Post will also include tracking and must be signed for. Redeliveries must be managed directly in your country.
Live Clothing is not liable for any loss as a result of wrongful delivery where Australia Post or DHL (or another carrier) provides a proof of delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer in their purchase. All parcels dispatched by Live are dispatched with a request for signature on delivery.
We like to be sure that your order reaches you safe and sound. If you choose to change the delivery instructions (e.g. to Safe Drop or Parcel Locker Delivery), Live is no longer liable for the safe delivery of your order.
If items are not claimed from the Australia Post/DHL/Other Courier branch and are sent back to us or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address, Live will not cover a second delivery to the customer. Customers must cover this cost which is $30 AUD redelivery fee for Australians Orders and $70 for International orders.
Unclaimed Click and Collect parcels, that need to be sent to an address will incur in the fees above.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. You, as the recipient, will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.
