We’re seeking the best Fashion Graphic Designer & Photographer…

The role:

This role will report directly to the head of our company, so be ready to be challenged! You’ll be responsible for the social media content creation and graphic design for our instore experiences and online presence. A flair for photography is highly desired, so this should be your passion! We’re offering the lucky candidate to really make this space their own. You should be creative, entrepreneurial, and a self-starter!

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and Executing our Product Photoshoots (DSLR)
    • Models, Mannequins, Flat lays
  • Creating amazing content for Socials (photography and video)
  • Manage the creative for our Online Store
    • Photography, Video, Campaigns, Artwork
    • Content creation
  • Develop our Marketing (Online and Instore) Plan
  • Design our EDMs
  • Creating our In-store Marketing Experiences
    • Including video for Digital Screens
  • Creatively embracing the power of “WOW” moments

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Photography, Graphic Design
  • 5+ years experience in the Fashion Industry
  • Creative in Photography and Video (key requirement)
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and Campaign Monitor/Mail Chimp
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Instagram
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Self-Motivated/Starter who shows initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously & make the space their own
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry (distinct advantage)

STORE MANAGER (SOUTH)

Live Clothing (#liveclothing_) is Western Australia's iconic fashion retailer with four stores across Perth. (Carousel - CBD  - Garden City - Whitfords) and we’re looking to expand with new stores opening later this year.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate Full-Time (hours) STORE MANAGER and ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER with an upbeat, dynamic and stylish personality. Fashion and retail should be in your blood! You’re really someone that will WOW our customers! AND lead your Team from the front.

This position is responsible for delivering the Store’s Financial Targets and Company KPIs while focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer experience. You will build your team to be empowered to exceed within the retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

As Store Manager, you will lead, drive, develop and inspire your team to achieve overall success. You will be the first point of contact and will be expected to manage your team across all aspects of store operations. You will:

  • Lead by example, setting a high tone for your staff
  • Achieve and exceed store Performance KPI's with a solid focus on Sales
  • Lead, manage and supervise team by providing coaching, mentoring and training to your Team
  • Customer Commitment: Driving a culture of warm and genuine customer experiences
  • Visual Merchandising / Store Presentation – ensure that you store is well presented to drive Sales
  • Manage Stock and Loss Prevention strategies upheld
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures and brand standards are upheld

Skills and Experience:

  • Inspiring Leader with strong Mentoring and Coaching Skills
  • At least 2 years' management experience in retail environment. Fashion Preferable.
  • A passion for the retail industry and can deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships within your Team and Drive Productivity
  • Self-motivated, well organised with a 'can do' attitude.
