GENERAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS WHICH ARE OVER $75.

1.     A $10 shipping fee will be incurred on all orders under $75.

2.     Currently, we do not ship internationally, however, we are more than happy to work with individual requests. Please email customerservice@liveclothing.com.au with your details for more information.

GENERALLY, ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12PM WST WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING DAY (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS). 

Saturday deliveries are now available to WA customers with the following postcodes;

6000, 6002-6030, 6050-6066, 6090-6120, 6127-6160, 6162-6164, 6166-6168. 

THIS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO ELIGIBLE ORDERS WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 

1.     Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to track your order. 

2.     If you have registered an account with Live Clothing, simply log in to view the status of your order at any time. 

We endeavour to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. You should expect your package within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

THE ABOVE DELIVERY TIMES ARE REFLECTIVE OF ALL ORDERS DISPATCHED FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE. IN THE INSTANCE WHERE WE NEED TO YOUR ITEM(S) FROM ONE OF OUR RETAIL STORES, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3-5 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

A signature is required for all deliveries unless otherwise stated in the comments section of your order. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, it will be delivered to your local Post Office so please note that we do ship to both business addresses and PO Boxes.
