Lay-by Policy

Lay-by POLICY (only available in store)

  1. It is a legal and binding contract between Live and the customer.
  2. Must have a total value of at least $100.00.
  3. Must have a minimum deposit of 30%.
  4. Must be picked up within 4 weeks of the initial lay-by sale.
  5. Items on a lay-by cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  6. A lay-by cannot be split, ie. No part of the lay-by items can be separated and collected by the customer until paid in full.
  7. If it is not picked up by the due date it will be cancelled and returned to stock. Live will retain the total of the initial deposit plus any further payments made.
  8. Cannot include items on sale.
  9. Any change of customer contact details must be notified to the store where the lay-by originated.
  10. Goods remain the property of Live Clothing Pty Ltd ABN 79 061 404 573 until the lay-by is finalized.
