HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY BAG AND COMPLETE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Step 1: Adding items to My Bag
To add an item to your bag start by browsing through our website then simply click on the product image for further information. Most items have a size and colour option you must select then simply click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button. You then have the option to go back and add additional items to your bag or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to proceed to purchase the items you have selected.
Please note you will not be able to add an item to your bag if it has sold out, however please contact our customer service team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to see if an item is still available in one of our 12 stores.
Step 2: My Bag
Once you have added all the items to your bag you can review these items at any time by clicking on the ‘view’ button located at the top right hand of your screen. Here you can amend your quantities or remove any items you no longer wish to purchase. Once you have updated all items in your bag please press the ‘update’ button to make sure you are happy with all your items in your bag before you ‘proceed to purchase’ and complete your order.
Please note to finalise your order you will also be asked to provide contact details, payment and delivery information.
ADDING ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?
It is easy to store your favourite Live Clothing items in My Wishlist. Simply select the item you want and click onto the ‘Add To My Wishlist’ button, you can then keep browsing. You can go back and view your Wishlist at any time, just click on the ‘My Wishlist’ button at the top right of your screen. When you have finished browsing you can simply add items you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed to complete your order or print your list. Alternatively, you may wish to share your Wishlist with others. Do this by clicking on the email or share button.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, changes can be made to your order prior to your order being shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via email on email@example.com with your change / cancellation request details included in the email.
CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?
Yes, the process is the same as shopping for yourself. When you enter the payment and shipping pages of the site you can choose to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
Yes, Live Clothing gift cards are able to be purchased online however please note gift cards are not redeemable online. Gift cards can be redeemed in any of our 12 stores. Find your closest store here.
Furthermore, gift cards should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. Gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise and not for cash. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, they a partially redeemable and it is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. The minimum amount for a gift card purchase is $20.00 and maximum amount is $500.00.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labelled ‘SOLD OUT’. Unfortunately some of our popular or selected items sell out quickly online however you may be able to find it in one of our stores instead. Contact our customer service team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to see if an item is still available in one of our 12 stores.
DOES LIVE OFFER A LAYBY SERVICE?
Yes, we do. Our layby service is offered only in our 12 stores and is not available to online purchases. Please refer to our layby policy for more information.
WHAT CARDS/PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES LIVE ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards as well as payment via express PayPal. Your card will be debited at the time of order confirmation. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Live. Please note we do not accept PayPal deferred payment option.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post E-parcel.
